Sneaky Chameleon

I've been working on adding more foliage to my current set up recently so my female veiled, Ivy, can have hiding spots. I also recently replaced her lights and her new basking bulb is a little stronger than the one from her previous owners so I moved the branches down so her basking spot would be about 85 degrees. Well today I walked in and Ivy climbed up to get higher since she was not happy her new basking spot is cooler. She found the loophole so now I will have to keep working to adjust her cage!

Welcome to the forums. You don't want Ivy getting to hot. I would raise the light up off the top of the enclosure.

Wow.. she looks like a lil chunker!! bahahaha!!! Gonna pick my boy up some hornworms on my way home today, Sunday treats!

She says, excuse me? How dare you call me chunky. :cautious: Hahaha yes I agree though she looks bloated!
