Letting feeders go (silkworms)?

I definitely don't want to be part of the problem, which is why I asked in the first place. Being in Florida, I am well aware of the invasive species (mostly reptiles) that are causing issues for our natives. I love all animals, but understand each has it's own place in the ecosystem.

I generally like to be part of the problem life is more fun that way

Unless we're talking about nature and wildlife then I try to be part of the solution...

They wouldnt survive. Silkworms eat exclusively mulberry leaves. They may have a hard time getting to one on their own.
