Funniest thing happened. I'm just sitting here watching Family Guy and all of a sudden I hear the sound of wings flapping. Then I see the dubia fly right past my TV which is mounted about 6 feet high. I hurry up and turn the light on and find him back on the ground. I caught him and put him back in the dubia enclosure. This was the first time this has happened to me. I'm not going to tell me girlfriend, she will flip out. If she sees a cricket on the floor she will say she won't sleep here for a week. Has anyone else caught a dubia flying? I think this is the only one that was loose because one day I put a male in a feeder cup and left for the day, he most have escaped. When I put him back in the enclosure I also saw a pair mating with each other, pretty cool look just like that pic someone posted not to long ago. Lets just say there are more loose dubia in my basement, it would only be males because that is all I take out of the batch, is there a way to catch them or anything? It was pretty cool to witness one flying across my room.
