how do you heat a dubia roach cage?

I use a small reptile heat mat. It stays around 85 degrees.

That seems to be the most used method.

Ive used a hot shed, or water heater closet, and even a heat lamp.

They dont like light though, so using a heat lamp directly on an open container isnt the best in my opinion.
