It might help if you added some details about the lighting fixtures and misting system. Did you build this with all new equipment (and cham) with the specific purpose of selling it as a package?

I has a mist king system, uvb and extra lighting with a spot light, I am moving and need to get rid of it. I don’t want to I probably have 5 thousand into the whole set up. The background in the enclosure is a custom rock background made out of zoo epoxy
