Nice pics! Its funny how much they sit there and wait for food to come to them. When I kept them I noticed one of the females would vibrate before shooting at a prey item. Pretty neat;)

You can notice the more pronounced dorsal crest (and brown base color)!

As you can see, the dorsal crest is more developed in males

Less pronounced dorsal crest in females! (more greenish base color)

Congrats on the new F2 generation! I am hoping to produce a F2 generation myself this year. Did your female throw any different colours or have particular behaviours to indicate she was receptive? Did you have to do any seasonal cycling (provide a rainy period for instance) to stimulate them to breed?
