honestly i think a new cham would help fill...
pretty low quality picture, but i can see the issue on his chin....
im no vet but looks treatable to me... id go to a different vet for a second opinion....
borrow a half way decent digicam from someone and get some high quality pictures and post them up and contact the vets on this forum...
very bad situation... im sure the pet store will not help you out a bit... yes you could prolly return him but as they didnt even know it had an issue he will likely die in their care...
id bite the bullet and do everything i could to save him and give him a long full life...

yeah she wasnt in the mood for food either i had to hold my arm upright and make the cirx move for prolly 3 to 5 minutes each crix.. very taxing on my arms...
she was also a very calm cham think she flared up and hissed at me once or twice in her life... at the end she didnt like anything, and...
on a more positive side note she was local pet store buy, out of like 6 in a horrible cage she looked the best....
i definitely rescued her from a untimely death.... and got her an extra 5 years of life... i am very happy about that...

oh and BTW make sure and get untreated wood, the cheap stuff you dont want chemicals on it, and predrill your holes or youll crack the wood... just a heads up incase you do make your own...
