Home depot has shefflera , hibiscus , pothos, & Ficus that'd fit that cage for $10-$20 depending on the sale.. I bought all of those for $10 or less by just checking once a week for a month or so.. Right now is a great time as theyre trying to clear inventory.

I got a misting system from reptile basics after some research. I can not make a responsible recommendation since I've not been able to compare the 2.... But I do use the mistking timer as from research and price it was the best choice... super easy to use and reliable so far....
