Pascal (Senegal Chameleon) acting very strange!!

So I take pascal outside every once in a while in his home to get some real sunlight and heat instead of the 5.0 uvb light and baskig light but for some reason today in particular he started moving around his home. He didn't just stood there hanging around..I mean he was EVERYWHERE. He had his mouth open, he kept going crazy. It was as if he was never been outside yet I always do. Is this a strange behavior that I should watch out?
SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER.

The only good thing is that he showed some beautiful hues of dark green with faint yellow spots.

He might have just been having a bad day, or seen something that scared him. I know mine freaked out when he saw a bird overhead one time, even though he had been outside without a problem plenty of times before. I would just take him back inside and leave him alone to relax and calm down. Maybe don't take him outside for a week or so and just let him get comfortable again.
