New rig, Lighting and foliage questions.

I received a 6 foot cage for xmas and am having some trouble in my head on what to do... I have a Jackson bout 2 years and am wondering if i need a more powerful UV light going from a 18x12x24 to the 6 foot monster cage. 2x2x6 is the size. How many heating areas added with heated vines might I need? I live in Los Angeles to give you an idea on the weather and humidity. I was thinking about going with an 8.5in domed heating light and possibly keeping my 24' UVA 5.0 hood. Where is a good place in LA where i can find good priced plants ie umbrella, ficus, hibiscus, possibly pothos though i have 3 small plants. posting pictures of old and new set up. all the help is appreciated.

If I'm seeing it right, I think its supposed to be vertical. Your thought process on the plants you mentioned are definitely on the right track.

from the looks of it it is vertical, the picture is just sideways.. Todd from light your reptiles suggested to me to use a 12% UV bulb for a 4' high cage, I'd say you would want a 10-12% as well
