It could be a number of things to be honest, he should be very active climbing and exploring his cage not just siting in one place all day even my one year old Cham is still very active, do you give him supplements and do you properly gutload his feeders?? Thanks been gettin every thing over the past couple of weeks to do it and he is about 5inch long but he should end up about footlong so quite big i have seen adults and they are massive lol
