Due to a new job and living conditions I am being forced into having to find a home for my 13 month Sambava sired by Cortez from Kammers and my 10 month ambilobe sired by hatsikana also from the Kammers. They are both 250 each including enclosures, lighting, etc. Pm me for any questions. And I...
I have a pair (male and female) of carpet chameleons for sale. They are about 6 months old and have been in my care for about a month and a half but due to my job, I don't have the time to properly care for them anymore. They are very sweet, the boy will walk out onto your hand all on his own...
I've seen people mentioning using these plants but I noticed I didn't see them on any "cham safe lists"... Are these indeed safe? Any experiences or advice with them if so? Thanks :)
Sorry if I came across as rude. My apologies, just take care of that. Set the fogger to go off a couple times throughout the day. NEVER throughout the night.
That's a horrible idea. Stop the fogging at night time PRONTO! Day time is one thing, night time is another, but both !!! MistKing 3-5 times a day for a couple minutes is suffice. Try that, or just hand mist. Please for the sake of your Cham!
I guess the thing that concerns me is that she falls repeatedly and continues to do the same thing over and over again  ... I put a thick towel in the bottom of the cage to break her fall til she breaks this cycle lol
I have yet to see her fall from anywhere except the ceiling so I'm hoping that's all it is. She's still a small girl but she is pleasantly plump, and I suspect/hope it's just her weight is too much for her little nails and hands to bear...
To clarify.... Yes, she is only falling when hanging upside down. She still has all her nails. She's never really had an over-powering grip, so I guess you could say it's kinda weak, her limbs are all straight though, she is 5 and 1/2 months old and I have had her for a month and a half. I...
I can't figure out why she is doing this? She's never done it before and she has probably fallen over a dozen times just the past few days. Her basking temps are good, she's eating well, active, etc. I just can't figure it out, my only slight indication is maybe she is trying to get closer to...
