Veiled outside 24/7 ?

The weather is quite nice in Arizona right now with day temperatures being in the 90s and in the 60s at night. I would love for our 2 year-old Veiled to benefit from it, but I'm not quite sure how. Can he be left outside around the clock, or should I move his enclosure back indoors at night? Unfortunately he is not friendly enough to be moved from an indoor into an outdoor enclosure, so we would have to move his entire set-up each time. He does have an upstairs patio right off of "his" bedroom. It is covered and therefore offers partial shade as well as protection from cats and birds.
Any suggestions?

We live in So Cal, and my Velieds and Panthers live out doors year around, with the exception of the two coldest months... They are doing well!

I don't know about Arizona but here in FL my guys would cook outside in the day time and at night I'd be terrified the raccoons or other wild animals would tear into the cage.

I'm still pondering over this. I would definitely not put his enclosure in the backyard due to cats, owls, coyotes etc. roaming the neighborhood. It would go on an upstairs patio. I think I would only consider moving him outside during the spring and fall. Our summers are brutal, and all the foliage in his enclosure won't keep him cool, because those plants would probably die in no time.
