Upper Respiratory Infection

After a few days of noisy breathing and excessive mucus, I am sure it's a URI. I've elevated temperature, increased humidity with a steam bath, and am ensuring hydration. Any other advice?

BTW, it's me, not Ferdinand. I have bronchitis and feel like death.

Waxworms won't make me feel better. Ice cream would. Any of our sponsors deliver ice cream???

Hope you feel better, really soon. I've really liked Mucinex D for chest colds, but I don't think I've had bronchitis, before. It helps thin chest congestion so you can cough it up, and it helps with a stuffed up nose, too.

As a Canadian I had to look that up. It was interesting to note that Beets and Brussel Sprouts were also included.
