I too looked for this and was able to find it online at Barnes & Noble, the regular shipping gets it to you reasonably fast...but they also have option for quicker shipping if you choose. Trying to find Cham specific books in a bookstore is a joke, but you can find them at some of those same store online... guess it is not a big seller to carry in house.
