Silkworm VS Hornworm

Just curious to see what people use more of and what is better nutritionally

i use both they are both great nutritionally

silkworms are better, and can be used a staple food.
hornworms are great for hydrating.
i have only fed hornworms, but thats because i cant find silks that often.

Silkworm good for more regular feeding, hornworms as some call them treats few here and there.

Google them for actual nutritional values.

I do.
but the last several times i ordered, they were out.
they mgiht have them now, but i havent placed an order in abotu 3 weeks.
