Pygmy Chams

After a long while keeping Veiled's, panthers and Carpet Chams my other half (who i have tried for ages to get into chams) has decided that they like pygmy chams. I have researched the species a LOT over the past couple of weeks.

I just wondered if anyone kept them? If so how do you keep them?

Cage size, lighting etc etc.

Thanks :)

Hey! Pygmies are great. I have 2 female, 2 little babies and 5 eggs cooking and sadly my male passed 2-3 months ago:(

Caging-You can house a trio in a 10 gallon aquarium but the bigger space..the better for them. Some people do the 10 gallon for every pygmy rule. Sp they do 30 gallons for a trio as an example.

Lighting-Some people dont use any UVB lighting as in the wild they get very little of it. I offer mine UVB every time i have the other chams outside. I have had no problems. You could use an old 5.0 or a new 2.0. Up to you.
