Pee story non-cham related

I cant believe it, i never take my baby tortoise out and i did right now and i was rubbing his shell and then all of a sudden these clear liquid kept squirting out of his behind and i assume it was pee but i almost threw him off i just ran and put him away i kept scrubbing my hands . . . it was nasty the first thing my mom says is, "Did it get on my couches!?!" im never holding him again

yea, my aunts tortoise did that the one time I held her. she was a moody critter, they tried to breed from her but she chased all the boys away

That's their urate, mine do that regularly when they are annoyed with me, like when I bath them. Once they run out of poo, pee and urate, they flash their wangs until I leave them alone!

Try having that happen with a 60lb sulcata. It's like a gusher and the puddle is enormous!

Just be careful when removing your giant tortoise from the living room...it can end badly if you don't get outside fast enough!
