Minimum sun time...what is it?

So what's the minimum sun time outdoors would you give your chameleon for it to be beneficial to them? With days like today (60's and FULL sun), it's tempting to take my 4 month old panther outside to get some sun time.

But what would be the minimum time outside? Is 5 minutes beneficial? Or 30? I know as long as possible would be best, but I wondered what the minimum time would be?

I think any outside time is beneficial, but stay around 30 minutes at least.

30-40 minutes of real sun is better than 8 hours of your UVB bulb!
