im getting my new friends sometime tomarrow from FLchams a pair of Veilds i have the Repta-Calcium.there is anouther supplement Mike told me to get but old age makes me forget what he said to get.its used one time a week anyone know what he's speaking of.pix of my friends soon.

Your going to need vitamins there are several brands. Reptivite, nekton, they are all basically the same use sparingly once a week or once every two weeks.

Multi Vitamin once a week

Yes, it will depend on how much natural sunlight your cham will get. D3 is what your cham gets from natural sunlight to convert calcium. If your cham doesn't get much or any like mine, you'll want some calcium w/D3 to supplement.
