Keeping crickets

I keep my crickets outside on my patio, so at night it gets pretty dark out there. I was wondering if they need some kind of light or heat source at night?

No light is required. (moonlight is more romantic :)) no heat either ..DEPENDING on your local temp/seasonal. Minimum around 20c/68f is ideal for crix, lower than 58f they will begin to die.

Id be careful in the summer, I know it gets hot here in Orlando and in the past i have kept crickets in my garage when i lived in Melbourne, Fl and the would die because it would get to be 100+ in there, but for the "winter" you should be fine, id bring them inside in the summer tho.
