Yes sir, thats your cham beginning to shed. No worries!

Yes, that is the start of a shed! You could raise humidity levels for a day or so while the shed is taking place. Allow time for the cage to dry out in between though so the old skin can dry up and fall off. Don't be tempted to pick any off as you may damage the new skin underneath.
