Is anything wrong?

my 7 month old male veiled chameleon is doing somthing weird, he is climbing on the sides of his cage and runs around the bottom and presses his nose against the screen, is this norm?

When they act like that it usually means they have outgrown the enclosure and need a bigger one.

yeah Warrix642 is right when my panther was doing that i did not know what was wrong and as soon that i got him a bigger enclosure he stopped doing that and was happy.

but i just moved him into a 2'x2'x4' like two weeks ago

Well Im no expert but when pedro was doing that I put some branches for him to perch on so that he was closer to the top of his cage and now he just sits happily on the highest one c:

So its either he needs higher perches or like they said a bigger cage.
Bigger and higher is always better c:

EDIT: I just saw you said he was on the bottom of his cage...cant be the perches then must be he needs a bigger cage or maybe being out side of it might help?
