How many hornworms/how often is okay

Just a simple question. How often is it okay to use hornworms, my cham has tongue issues, so they are easier for him to eat, but I know too many are too fatty. So what is the guideline? I buy 12+ at a time and slow down growth, by keeping them in the fridge. I use veggie gut loaded crickets, superworms, and we are working on the dubia roaches, too. The fast stuff is hard for him to catch.

I would feed about 12 per week but it really depends on the size.

According to them they are only 3% fat. Sounds pretty low to me It is okay to use them regularly along with other insects. He needs chitin from hard bodied insects as well, so make sure he eats those.
