Feeding - how much how often for 6 months veileds?

Iv only just got them and dusted 6 ex large locusts and a few silent crickets and split them between the two. Is this enough, and when should I feed again? x

At this age you could start feeding them on the schedule you will maintain for the rest of their lives.
I feed my female the equivalent of 7 large crickets every 2 to 3 days (3 or 4 feedings per week)
I feed my male a bit more, but he actually eats less. It is normal for males to go for long periods of time without eating anything at all.
