Ok so I bought this organic topsoil from Home Depot and it seems ok. My mom then said that we needed sand, which I knew, but we got this aquatic sand....is that alright? It's a little coarser than regular sand, and from Petsmart. Oh and there was this younger female at Petsmart and I was proud I could sex it....

I think it should be alright, but really you need to get a moss mat. Here is the link.
