Chameleon laying eggs...

I noticed my female panther was buried in her pot today, she has a laying bin but I guess didn't want to use it. Here is her history shes 18 months old, she was breed twice once with a successful clutch that look healthy and then once more about 3-4 months ago and she just ended up dropping the eggs and not burring them but I saved them and none of them were fertile. What are the chances that these eggs are fertile if she has not breed for 3-4 months?

If not bred since last lay, then slim to none.

Its not too good to have her dropping eggs without digging. You could try the bucket method, putting her in a big bucket with digging material when you see her start test-digging.
