8 month panther not eating much

My nosy faly, Parker, shed about two weeks and a half weeks ago and up until the past 5/6 days he has been eating great. Now he's having one hopper or one cricket (a few days two) and around 3 calci-worms. I was wondering if it's normal for their appetite to slow down after a shed?

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Panther, nosy faly, male, 8 months, been in my care for two months.
Handling - every day for at least 5 minutes, most of the time I let him wander out of his viv on to his free standing tree if i'm around. A few times a week I'll put him in the bathroom with the hot shower on (not on him or the tree) just so he can have some high humidity (i read online that it can be helpful for any LRI's)
Feeding - Crickets, hoppers, calci-worms. As many as he will eat, hand feeding so I know exactly how many he's had with the odd one free roaming (hoppers only). He gets fed around mid-day then again in the afternoon. Feeders are gutloaded on repashy bug buger and watercress dusted with calcium.
Supplements - Vetark calcium every day but thursday, nutrobal every other thursday, repashy calcium LoD3 every other thursday.
Watering - Misting heavily. I have a dripper but rarely use it as it tends to flood the the bottom of the viv- in the middle or rigging something better up. Buying an automated misting system when I'm paid. I've seen him drink a few times but he's mostly pretty shy about it.
Fecal Description - Urates are white, poop normal consistency and colour. Was pooping every day but it's reduced to every other day. He hasn't been tested for parasites.
History - He went to a specialist vet 3 weeks ago, all clear nice and bright healthy and alert. Advised to get a automated misting system, weigh him regularly and feed by hand in order to know exactly how much he has eaten. I weighed him yesterday- 79g

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Komodo easy assemble chameleon terrarium 76x46x91cm, glass doors mesh sides and top, glass bottom. Looking to upgrade in a few months. Any suggestions?
Lighting - Arcadia t5 6% forest (with the facilities for a secong lamp if needed) plugged into an arcadia control unit, 75w basking spot. Arcadia 24W Ellipse Lamp - Freshwater (I'm aware this is for aquariums but I got it for free and seems to be doing a decent job) Lights on at 10am, off at 10pm. Room is dark when lights are off, even in morning.
Temperature - 85 basking, 70 ambient, 65 night. Temperatures measured using a 2 in 1 hygro-thermometer (thermometer part in basking, thermo and hygrometer part in ambient half way up the cage in a live plant)
Humidity - Originally was letting it drop to 50 then increasing to 80 but since being to the vets they suggested keeping it around 80.
Plants - Using live plants, can't for the life of me remember what they are but they are 100% chameleon safe!
Placement - Located behind my bedroom door out of drafts and direct sunlight. Top of the viv is 6 ft
Location - UK, Northwest
