    Ok, These 3 thing could lead to possible intake of foreign object to wrong area within its body. (lungs ect.?) Besides the fact that some potting soils may if not organic can contain poisonous chemicals resulting in Hallucinations and such? just a guess.

    Honestly, I think your Cham may be starting another shed. The edges of that new white skin is to smooth with its skin to be older skin hanging on.

    Draining.... :/

    Drill hole on bottom of tray, to appropriate size (a tad smaller than a plastic hose you plan to use). Insert, seal around hose, and run into your bucket that you can dump at a later time.
