This is a great starter cage for your baby!
Few questions for you before you get your baby to make sure it will have a great start and good life
Do you have a supplementing schedule planned and what are you supplementing with?
What are you going to feed and how are you going to gut load them?
More horizontal branches would be best to provide a better temperature gradient for him to bask in. they can be attached with pushpins, zip ties, floral wire, bread ties. Many people say no substrate but I personally use it with my panther just have to watch and see it he ingests it and...
Chameleons aren't very active to begin with and can sit in place for hours especially when basking. Chams darken when basking also so you can't always go off of this. You have to know its background.
My male is almost two years old and always been on the slightly smaller side he weighed in at 106g last week. Each Cham is different and grows differently. As long as he is healthy and eating the amount he wants to in a day he's good
Can you fill this out and post pictures we can then better help you with everything thanks

You may just be catching him during the times he is basking but they can bask for awhile and longer if the temps arnt kept correctly
It has been reported in the past but they said they fixed that the spiral bulbs can cause eye issues. If you try and change to a linear tube bulb it may help him.
Sorry I didn't see this. Cheeky is correct that they won't get all of what they need and also you don't want to overload their system with so much at once because only so much can be absorbed at a time the rest goes out with the poop
The supplements for a panther are everyday with calcium without D3
Twice a month calcium with D3
Twice a month multivitamin
Also, the calcium with d3 and the multivitamin should be opposite weeks not at the same time
Yes it does sound like early MBD. Using the liquid calcium will help but you may want to go to the vet for a calcium shot to stop the progression faster.
Hes lucky to have you now!
If we could see more pictures of him we may be able to tell if it is MBD or not. either way putting more branches/ horizontal sticks in the enclose will help him catch himself with the falls and using floral wire, push pins, and zipties all work well securing them in a screen cage.
