His name is "Charm".
It hasn't even been a week since I started to handle my 3.5 month BB ambilobe. And today for the third time this week, he climbed out of his cage on his own so I put him on my jade plant near the window. Lighting is just perfect, gotta snaps some and share.
I also have a 3 months old cham(ambilobe panther). I have had him for over 2 weeks now. He is in a 16x16x30 cage. Will get him in his big boy cage in couple more months. I think getting the appropriate size cage is important. Too large of a cage at too young would make him territorial and stays...
Hi CF, this is my 3.5 month old BB Ambilobe Panther named "Charm" enjoying his first time out in the sun. I got him from Chameleon Company about 2 weeks ago. His colors are just amazing outdoor compare to when in his enclosure. Took us almost 2 weeks to get acquainted. He is slowly warming up to...
I am considering using dubias as my panther's main diet. Can anyone tell me if you dust supplement on them? I find the powder dont stick to the dubias as well. Maybe I should mist the dubias before dusting?
Thanks!
The high level of phosphorus is definitely something I gotta address right away! I repotted this morning and add bunch of crushed up pumice stone for better drainage.

Should I repot the...
Yes i would if i am hungry for not eating for 3 full days. I got your idea though.
Shower can be dangerous for young cham. I learned that from experience. I will mist him heavily. Thanks guy.
Is it true that when they are ready to shed they would stop eating?
Its been 3 days since my 4 months old panther ate and he is still not done shedding. I am kinda of worried since he hadn't eaten for 3 days. Is this normal for a cham to not eat for that many days while shedding? the first time...
This little guy was hatched on 4.10.2013 but still no visible colors coming through. I think it a female. If it is a male, can someone tell me when I should expect to see colors kicking in?
I just hatched my first batch of 250 silkies. It took exactly 7 days. It was quite simple. I put the petri dish on a large plate, put something similar height as the dish for the lid to be propped up. So it has better air flow than the lid being completely closed. Then I put a piece of small...
