    Chameleon size and MBD???

I prefer Coastal Silkworms. I've had mixed results with Mulberry Farms.

    Drainage problem. Need help.

Don't know who would make a 16x16x20, but I know you can get a drainage tray that your cage sits on. So the water drains out of your cage into the tray. They come in standard sizes too, but I would assume you could still sit your cage on a 18x18 tray. There would just be an inch around it that...

When do you go against the advice of a veterinarian?

That is a tough question. And there probably isn't a good answer to apply to all scenarios. I think there are a lot of experienced, well informed, well intentioned people in forums such as this. I am not an expert by any means, but by looking at his picture, he doesn't seem like he is under fed. And while I agree that maybe his temps might be a little high in his basking area, I don't see why that would stunt his growth. And they aren't that far off from ideal assuming those are basking...

For heat, any basking lamp should do. Just make sure you get a regular light, not an infrared bulb. If your temps are dropping below 55 or so at night, then you can try a ceramic heater to warm him up a little. But remember, you want a drop in temp at night to aid in his digestion. Sounds like...

My favorite plant to use is a schefflera, or umbrella plant. You can get them pretty cheap at Home Depot. They are great for catching water droplets for your guy to drink.
