So how do i make babies. Do put the clibings in water or what? and where do i clip?

Yes
anywhere, but clip off enough to have a decent cutting.
It will root where there is a joint in the stem.

I keep mine in a glass on the window sill..and in about a week, im good to plant.

just make sure they are white roots growing and about 1.5-2 inches long before planting. sometimes it will turn brown and start dying, i just re-cut at an angle under running cool water and put them back in the glass.
