Hey guys I live in Jersey and the past few days have been 100+ Fahrenheit. I like to try to get my chameleon outside a few days a week but would you guys think this is to warm and I should wait this heat waive out? I spray his cage every 45 min to an hour or so when he is out there, I never let it go dry. Oh by the way he is a young veiled cham.. one of jann's little baby loves

The benefit of the natural sun vs heat wave and 100+ temps is not worth it. Wait until fall when it's cooler out. Over heating and dehydration causes organ damage.

He should not get over 80 to 82. The only time I am able to take my adults outside is late in the evenings around 7:00 for 30 minutes or so before bed time.

I do exactly what jann does. Here in vegas it gets 100+ as well. I only take my chams out really early in the morning when it is 80 degrees.
