How do i to ship Animals?

I somewhat know how to ship them already, but i dont know if it is the right way and how to go about it. Right now i want to ship insects, later chameleons. Does anyone have some pictures of their insect shipments? Also where is the best place to get shipping supplies? Here are some things i know about shipping, don't poke holes in the box, ice pack or heat pack depending on weather, and use insulated boxes. Any help with this is appreciated.

Okay, i looked at shipyourreptile.com it really helped answered many of my questions and jannb i tried to look at your link but it didnt work. A1forall i watched your video and would you say that the way it was shipped was good or okay. I noticed that it didnt really have much insulation or protection. This info is good when shipping chameleons, but how do you guys ship insects?
