Female Veiled

I was wondering, if she does get ready to lay her eggs, I know they lay them in the sand, but how deep does the sand need to be?

My Chameleons sand is only like 3 Inches deep right now.

I read somewhere that the female wouldn't lay because of a lack in deepness of sand..

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that advice.

I think I am going to be sticking to the sand seems thats whats already in her cage and she's used to it.

I know the sand won't hurt her if ingested and thats mt fear with most beddings.

Females need at least 10+ inches of sand to lay in-I use a large plastic flower pot filled with a mixture of sand and Bed-a-beast(coconut fiber).

Yupp. I will have at least that in my cage with my Deremensis in it.

I will add the sand soon, she can easily get that much in her cage no problem.

Thanks for the help

She's down walking on the bottom of her cage about every other day. She likes it down there. She knows where it is.
