Cricket Larva or Parasites?

So I took the water crystal container out of my cricket cage today, emptied it out and there are these lil maggot looking crawling things in there. Are they cricket larva or parasites? And should I be worried?

That's what I was thinking. Mostly likely fly larve/maggots. Crickets lay eggs that are barely visable to naked eye. No wiggles. And hatch out into tiny minitures of adults.

flies yes, fruit flies, probably not. Chances are they're phorid flies. bigger than a fruit fly, smaller than a house fly. Lay eggs in cricket bins, or even worse, on your chameleon eggs (SEAL those tubs!). I've seen an egg that was just full of maggots - those things suck.

For sure! We have had that happen to a few dragon eggs. YUCKO!
