BlueBottle Fly food?

Hey guys I got 2000 BB fly pupae and I was wanting to know how long I can keep the pupae in the refrigerator? Also what do I feed them ?
Does anyone now how to make the dry food you feed them?

Oh lord I only had bought 200 and they all hatched like at one time and I was over run with them.

Hey dude. I use the same medium for my ff, but use honey and water and no vinegar. Once they pupate feed them honey inside a cup with the same medium and within two weeks you will have thousands of maggots.

Feed them with bee pollen, sugar, and powdered milk, much more nutritious then just honey or sugar. Leave them in the fridge for no more than three weeks, but let them hatch as you need them.

Is that a wet mix? Or do I leave it dry

Dry. Just put a little in a flat dish and make sure it's very fine. Put in orange slices for water.

where did you get your BB flies?
