Tomatos

Can chams eat these? I recently posted a thread about what fruits they can eat and someone said tomatos but I also heard they are really bad for a gut feed so how come they are ok for your cham to eat straight?

No. Anything that is bad or toxic in a gutload would be bad or toxic fed straight to the chameleon. Definitely avoid tomatos.

Yeah, I'm a little less worried about the spelling of "tomato" than I am about his actual question. But, actually, the spelling IS "tomato".

Oh and lots of lettuces are great, but iceburg just has no nutritional value. Go for the dark leafy greens.

Ha, I wasn't talking to you Forever! And don't worry, I actually can't spell either. AND now that I think about it, the plural spelling of "tomato" IS "tomatoEs"! So forget it!
