Toe nail loss.

Does anyone have problems with toe nail loss with their Chameleons. I have read it is caused by them pacing the screen in there habitat. I have also talked to others that have the same set up as I do and they have no problem with this. Ant ideas?

What kind of screen are you using? I have heard of other people having this problem, especially with the super fine meshed screen used for homes. Some people use wired cages for larger species (bird like cage) because of the nail problem. Chameleons can of course lose nails by other means, but the screened caging is probably the number one culprit.
