Superworms ??

what do you feed superworms and how to you store them? I want to add some variety to my new ambilobe male Ned.

I store mine in a Tupperware container with a screen lid and they live in oats. I feed them everything I feed my crickets and they eat it all. Veggies and fruits and I throw some bug burger in too!
