Humidifier at night

So I've got a female Veiled about 5-6 months of age and I was just wondering if a cold humidifier would be ok to have running all night, for context my average humidity in the day is 30% and I mist her twice a day, before lights and when lights go out, with the humidifier on I get about 65-80% Is it a good idea to have it on or should I find an alternative method for getting humidity up? *Edit* Night time temps are 60-65, daytime temps are 75-85.

I think that is ok, you don't need to run it all night long, just from like 12-6 am should be ok.

Most of us use reptile fog machines like this to if you want another option that won't bring up the humidity in your room
