Bump on and around chameleon eye

I just noticed my chameleon has a pretty large bump on his eye and around his eye is a little puffy as well does anyone know what this could be from it’s hard to tell from picture bigger in person and he’s been very dark

Lumps in/on eyes can be real tough to diagnose. It could be debris in the eye, a supplement issue, a UVB issue, something else. What have you done to help remedy it? Is he closing it? Rubbing it on branches?
