    Can you post a clearer picture of the heel? Male should have a buldge/heel and female don't. Your picture is not clear enough. From this angle, it looks like a female.

    Looks like a female to me. If you look at the tail base of the first picture, it lacks the pouch you see in a male. None the less, is a good specimen.

    This is what i did, try to smash the insect into pulp and simply place a bit of the smudge onto its lips, usually chameleon will start sticking out the tongue to gobble bit by bit. Works for me. Not sure if this works for you.
