well I dont live in california, they may have changed the price it's been a couple weeks or so. I bought mine off of their eBay store.
Great, im glad they are cheaper. probably just trying to compete with LLL. thats my guess.
no, i am not getting them mixed up at all. this is what they were charging for the largest screen cage they carry. 24''x24''x48'' (DIY)
its 89.00 plus shipping. I paid 101.00
LLL has a good cage. Diy has a good cage. These are the differences between the service of the two companies and product they offer. I spent 89.95 shipped for a 24''x24''x48'' screen cham cage with LLL.
I spent 101.00 for the exact same sized screen cage from DIY.
There are very minor...
I love this cage!!
THANK YOU DIYCAGES!! It arrived today (ordered it on saturday). It is everything I hoped it would be, I put it together without the directions in about 10-15 minutes. :DVERY SIMPLE. It is a very sturdy well built cage, and for the price, a GREAT deal in comparison to cages...
keep in mind that it is for large animals. I myself would definately NOT use it on a chameleons eye they are far to delicate and small. Not to mention it would be impossible to get an amount small enough into the eye without completely filling the eye. But if you do it and get some good results...
nope. I'm not to sure how to paste links. I know I know, I probably should figure it out. In the meantime just go to Ebay and search "Screen Cage". Then scroll down and look for the DYI cage. on the auction you will see all other sizes/models available. They are made by a safe manufacturer. they...
Any problems with them? I'm thinking about ordering one right now on Ebay. I want a screen cage that is 48''X24''X24''. Is there anything comparable out there? I've been looking online and haven't seen one that looks like it would be better than the XXL Jumbo DIY screen cage for $100. Any advice?
I managed a pet store years ago where it allegedly occured on two different occasions. However after each incident I was still never 100% sure that it had happened as such. I must say though, I have heard that it does indeed happen from many reliable sources over many years now.
Has anyone on...
It's been a while since I have owned reptiles but last time I checked they called them 'meal' worms because they had substance as a "meal" for most reptiles. Sorry to blatently question your responses but how do you in fact know the nutritional facts for mealworms? We always clipped the heads...
yes welcome!
I really think the bottom line is that some people do breed "whatever to whatever" just to make more "whatevers" which they do in fact sell in bulk to "pet shops" which simply sell "chameleons" to little children whom make the decision to buy on impulse do this ultimately for...
go to an aquarium supply store and buy some dripper valves. they are about 1.00 for a pack of them. while you are there get several feet of 1/4'' air hose. put a dripper valve on the end of the hose and run the other end of the hose into a container of some sort. I use a plastic 1 gallon milk...
I have read so many different stories and it seems that there is no set period of time. I have heard that they hold onto the eggs for a few days and I've heard weeks as well. Ive heard that they will take hours to lay the eggs once they start digging and I've heard that it may take days even...
