Thank you for all the kind words and advice. It's a shame such wonderful creatures have to be rescued... she's currently still somewhat alive but slowly going. It's a sad day. I'll try to track down her previous owner and definitely report!
My friend recently rescued a chameleon she saw for sale online who looked like she needed a ton of help!! Sadly she nor I know anything about fixing a chameleon :// I give it to her for trying! So she gave me the female chameleon since I have some experience...
But help is needed! I can't afford...
I'll post some photos of her legs when her lights turn because I don't want to bother her sleeping, but her cage deminisions 2ft x2ft x 4ft. I don't have any type of bedding or cover for the bottom of her cage so when she fell she just hit hard bottom.
Hi, I currently have pregnant panther chameleon that should be due to lay any day (bred on June 29th). Her daily meal consists of dusted dubias and hornworms and she's misted atleast twice a day. I've only had her for a month and a half (I bred her to my male though). I haven't noticed anything...
I've had 3 male and 8 female dubia roaches along with about 20 nymphs for about a month or so and they are not breeding. They receive fresh organic fruits and veggies everyday along with water crystals. They also have a heat pad under the tank. Should I add an organic soil to the bottom of the...
I reviewed him before messaging and couldn't find anything bad. But I just looked again I found a horrible review placed on the 10th (just 14 days ago) :cautious:
Wish I would of seen this sooner. Just a warning to anyone looking to buy, do NOT buy from Nick Lillis.
The seller hasn't mentioned a refund, just about placing him in a smaller enclosure and watch him heal. I don't think that's a very good idea. He will most likely end up at the vet before the end of today im just trying to save as much money as I can. But if there isn't a home remedy I'll go...
I messaged him earlier and he says its most likely an injury caused during shipping because he was in perfect condition before he was shipped. He told me just to place him in a smaller enclosure (his current one is 2ft x 2ft x 4ft) and let him heal.
He never mentioned anything about a health issue. I asked him if his chameleons came with a guarentee and he said his chams are guaranteed live arrival.
I'm not too familiar with this chameleon yet ,as I've only had him for a week, but could this be gout? I've noticed he's always thirsty so he gets misted a lot throughout the day, I've only fed him calicium (without D3) dubias.
