She is certainly a female. I can tell by her colouring. Some females don't lay infertile eggs. You're pretty lucky!

You can gutload them with the same foods you gutload your crickets with. They would be totally fine as a treat once and awhile. Though super worms are better than meal worms.

The sugar water treatment just reduces swelling. Though it can help. I would mix 3 tablespoons of sugar to a litre of warm water, though it doesn't really matter. But, you should still take him to the vet.

I agree. That looks like a prolapsed rectum! Get him to the vet ASAP. The tissue can dry out and die. The vet may have to amputate if it's too late!

HE defenetly looks to be male. He is also starting to get male colours!

Looking at the second picture it appears like he has MBD (Metabolic Bone Disease)
