Rescue Veiled, Free to Great Home

Hey all! First off, this is pickup/meetup only in or within a couple hours of Austin, Texas. Someone dumped a poor sweet juvenile male veiled on me. He has some MBD, bowed front legs and he looks like he needs some weight put on him but he's really gorgeous. I'll give him up for free to...

    Everyone else! (Pic heavy)

Well I've been around long enough that I think it's time to introduce the rest of the zoo. I'll start with the ball pythons. Yoshi, my first ball, is a normal. He will not be bred because he has had a lot of problems with his health and I'm worried that it could be the cause of bad genes...

    balls boas and birds

Looks to me like 2 ball pythons- one spider, one either mojave or very nice normal, hypo hog island boa, a red tail boa of some kind (not very good with them yet), and a bird! Lol! Those are my guesses :D

    Update on Lua

Well I have been out of town for a few days and had a friend looking after my chams. I took them out to give them a little checkup and make sure they were still in great health. I got a couple of quick pictures of Lua with my boyfriend's iPhone. I've noticed that the orange on her casque and...

    Biggest poop?

My female panther took a gigantic poop the other day that I was a little worried about but she's fine. I wouldn't worry if it is abnormally large.

Why A Panther Chameleon Is Called A Panther Chameleon

    Horrible news...

My boyfriend is a game designer and I am a gamer. We have a lot of consoles around both of our apartments and both of us have grown very fond of our Nintendo consoles because they rarely need maintenance or break ;) Sorry about your PS3 :( A console can become a fixture in our lives and it...

how do i convince my mom to let me get roaches???

Unfortunately most moms have "mom super sense" so there may not be a way to keep them. I know my brother and I were never able to hide things in the house from our mother growing up. Why is it that calling them beetles helps? Aren't most people as afraid of big beetles as roaches? I know I am...

Using mist king for 2 cages...how?

Fantastic! I needed the answer to this question as well :) The mist king site is awesome because you can send your significant other, that has no idea what it even is, an email of the product from their page. It's gonna be a mist king Christmas :)
