have you considered misting with a hand sprayer, or providing a dripper?
are the urates bright white, or are they yellow, orange or some combination?
please answer all the questions on the "how to ask for help" questionaire, as it will help us in helping you.

edit - with the details now filled in, I see that you do have some kind of sprayer. perhaps he just drinks now when you are not looking. 5 crickets a day is okay. probably just not growing as fast now as he was before. he looks plenty large for 5 months.

I suspect he's managing to drink when the mister runs. You might want to increase the time the mister runs and possibly the frequency. If the urates remain white, then he's just not willing to drink in front of you anymore. This, along with the slow down in eating, may be the result of growing up. In a little while you'll want to start feeding him every other day.

If his urates are white then don't worry too much. I rarely see my chameleon drink at all. When I first got him, as soon as I turned the dripper on he would drink as it leaked on to a branch. Now, I cannot tell you the last time I saw him drink in front of me. You cham looks hydrated and healthy to me in the picture. He might be drinking all along, just not in front of you!!!! Just keep checking and monitoring his urates and try not to stress to much about it, although I know it is hard!.

I agree, I hardly ever see my panther drink from his dripper but he stays well hydrated. and the few times I walked in on him drinking he stopped. The only time I really see him drink is when I hand water him with a spray bottle but even then he doesnt always drink. I would get a dripper if you dont have one and leave it on as much as you can. Some times their appetite comes and goes a little for various reasons. Just keep an eye on him but hes prob OK

I agree with Carol that chams not 5 months old. He looks to be closer to 10-12 months at that size. Thats also prob why his appetite has decreased. He's almost a full grown adult now. His metabolism is starting to slow down.

this is his photo when i bought him. Before 3 month.

Well I guess you should know. The first picture has the coloring of a female. Those are your actual photos that you took? Its just that you have only had him for two months and he appears to have grown about ten fold. I am curious. How long is he, and how much does he weigh, do you know? If he is 5 months, then he looks huge! I was on the same page with Texas Panther man and in agreement to that was why his appetite was not as much because he is older than you think.

Really is this my photo. First photo is shot from a mobile phone so the colors are distorted. Weighs an estimated 60g-70g. Sorry for my estimation, but a lot of bad scale.

Ok I believe you!!!! Sorry! Just wanted to make sure that someone hadn't sold you him and told you he was one age and he wasn't (this does happen ! I thought that he looked about the size of mine in the pic and mine weighs about 150 grams and is 10 months old. I never weighed him at 5 months but checked a couple of other threads out so that weight is high but he looks good. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving! The urate looks good too. That little orange thing on the end is ok. The urate looks pretty white to me. I have seen orange ones on here and yours does not even compare. Sooo.. your cham must be drinking!

its ok. But he drink neither today (4 days without drink). I want to put in the terrarium dropper to have a constant supply of water.

can be due to that, he seems a small terrarium for him and still wants out now? already begun dig in clay in the corner.

so how big is his terrarium? He should be in something like 24 X 24 X48 or atleast 36 inches high. Also, I would recommend a screen eclosure and not glass if that is what he is in. Definitely run a dripper, then you know they have a constant source of water. I run my dripper all day long because rarely does my cham drink from mistings. where are you located? Does he ever get out in the natural sun?

There is a problem, current terraium has dimensions 23.6x17.7x23.6 inches, but now i build new terrarium 48x28x18 inches. Unfortunately, I have a glass terrarium to achieve the required humidity. I am from Czech Republic (middle of Europe). In summer he was out of cage when the weather was good.
current terrairum I bought just for a little chameleon, unfortunately, he grew up very quickly

Sounds like you are on the right track in getting him in a bigger set up. The one you currently have is very beautiful. I dont know why type of lighting you use overthere but you chameleon looks healthy so I guess that is not a problem. The recommended cage size for adults is 48 X 24 X24 that is the norm. But if you already built it, then alteast it is bigger than the other one. Are you doing glass again? Most members on the forum do screen but I notice alot of people over seas go with the glass. I do not know your weather conditions over there so I will not comment. What are your humidity ranges high and low?

In room where is the terrarium is humidity 40%. Without glass I not reach high humidity.
The question still is why it refuses to drink when he was used every day for 3 months (drinking from pipette). Decreased appetite is linked to drinking. =(
