My superworms (I call them kingworms) live in small bins with Oatmeal, Bran and finely ground dried Alphalpha to crawl around in, which they also eat, and I add veggies and fruit, coconut, sunflowerseeds, dead (natural causes) crickets and stick bugs, etc.

Kingworms dont make up a large part of my chameleons diet, as I didnt think of them as particularily nutritious. I admit I've never thought of feeding them anything differently as a gut load prior to their being fed to the chams. It seemed to me, perhaps incorrectly, that what they eat most of the time is gut load enough.

What in particular are people providing as a gut load for these worms?

thks
